The Academic Center for Excellence provides the following services:
One-On-One Tutoring:
Our experienced faculty are certified teachers and provide one-on-one tutoring in all subject areas. We help students in regular as well as accelerated courses. We provide weekly and monthly packages based on student needs.
Small Group Tutoring:
We also offer affordable small group settings for tutoring. The groups are homogeneous in terms of students’ grade level and academic need. Our groups sizes range from 2 to 4 students. Group settings allows for students to compete and interact with each other in a friendly environment.
After school Care and HW Help:
Our after school students receive help with their homework from Monday through Friday. Our tutors provide individualized intervention and enrichment to these students. We also have math and reading coaches to help struggling students meet and ultimately exceed grade level standards.
Standardized Test Preparation:
We provide individualized and group classes to prepare students for all standardized exams including but not limited GA Milestones, SAT, ACT, GED, GMAT, GRE, MCAT, TOEFL, and Teacher Certification Exams. Our test preparation classes guarantee improved scores.
Online Tutoring Sessions:
Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have started offering online tutoring sessions through Zoom. We are now back in-person, but if there are transportation or other issues, we still offer online sessions.
Milestones Preparation:
Academic Center for Excellence provides a unique and rigorous Milestones preparation camp during spring break. In this camp students experience the online testing on a portal similar to GA Milestones. Students experience Selected response, constructed response and extended constructed response types questions in both math and reading. 5th grade and 8th grade students take Milestones in all four subjects (Math, Reading, Science and Social Studies). We get our students familiar with the 4 points and 7 point rubric and show them the examples of good and bad responses. Due to the high demand of our program, this year we are offering two camps. Seats are limited in both camps.

Summer School:
This summer, give your child the opportunity to strengthen their foundation skills in both math and reading.
Academic Center for Excellence offers a summer math and reading enrichment services in the months of June and July.
These services allows each student to strengthen their weak areas in both math and reading and master the standards of their upcoming grade level.
In order to practice social distancing we will keep the number of seats limited this year.
